Chef Tandaji was a member of S.E.A during the early 20th century and is most notable for having been a chef who documented different recipes from locations such as Africa.
Appearances and allusions
Chef Tandaji is the namesake of the Chef Tandaji's Crispy Chicken item on the kid's menu. Their SEA membership fez can also be seen in a display case in the library as well as their cookbook Great Recipes From Africa.
Chef Tandaji has contributed to the expedition paddle display with one from a 1913 expedition down the Irrawaddy River.
